Booking Deposits
All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. This helps us honor the time we set aside for your session and prepare accordingly.
Service Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of home organization, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you are ever unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours—we are always open to feedback and committed to making it right when possible.
Rescheduling
​We understand that life happens! You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.
No-Shows
If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.​
